Who We Are?
Healthy Buffaloes is a dedicated group that meets every Sunday for an hour long class focused on building life skills and improving overall well-being. The class offers a blend of physical activity and education discussion. Healthy Buffaloes meets every Sunday from 4PM-5PM, unless posted otherwise.
Fitness sessions vary from nature walks to strength training and more. Classroom topics cover a wide range, from developing healthy relationships to finding meaningful ways to give back to the community and beyond. The group fosters a supportive space for individuals to grow stronger, both physically and personally.
